We have found in the past that even in a poor vintage Henschke produces very good wines, so when their talent is combined with a great vintage, such as any of the past 3 years in the Eden Valley, the results are excellent. The 2010 Julius is a lovely whitish gold in the glass, intense lime and lemon juice characters with a touch of lemony sherbet abounds on the nose. The palate completes the picture of a world class Riesling with fine acid and flavours that continue for a very long time on the palate.
