We have always enjoyed drinking high-quality Riesling, for its lovely floral and citrus characters on the nose and beautiful long dry finish with mouth-watering acidity. St Hallett has many rightly deserved accolades for their Riesling and have given us a fine example for this vintage; great for drinking now and perfect for summer, this wine could age for many years to come (if you can stay away from it).

The Eden Valley sub-region is perched 250 metres above the adjacent Barossa Valley sub-region, at approximately 550 metres above sea level. This cooler Barossa sub-region is the historical home to some of Australia’s finest Rieslings. St Hallett Eden Valley Riesling encapsulates the classic definition of its origins in its hallmark acidity, delicate floral and lemon blossom aromas and lime citrus flavours.
