Originally set up by owner Guy Wagner as a classic negociant operation, working backwards from the marketplace purchasing from various vineyards in bottle and in barrel, the focus of Bass Fine Wines has now moved towards the production of world-class wines using grapes picked from specially chosen sites in and around Northern Tasmania.
