David Hook has more than 25 years experience as a winemaker for Tyrrell’s and Lake’s Folly, also working in Bordeaux, the Rhône Valley, Spain, the US and even Georgia. David and his family planted his Pothana vineyard back in 1984. The Pothana Vineyard has been producing wines for more than 25 years, and David releases wines from this vineyard under his ‘Old Vines’ label.
