Your Wine Guy says:
In the glass the Cool Woods Shiraz is a deep red with purple edges. The nose is shows plenty of cool climate, Shiraz pepper spiciness with red and dark fruit aromas amongst some vanillin oak. The palate is medium bodied with rich red and some blue berry fruit characters. The palate is luscious with velvety tannins, finishing with good length of fruit and some toasty oak notes.
