Your Wine Guy says:
Light citrus and some pear fruits coat the palate with a little bit of phenolic grip to lift the palate. Very easy to drink dry white.
This Soave Classico can be served as an aperitif or with soups, pasta or simple rice dishes with Mediterranean flavours (olive oil, vegetables), or with fish dishes.

The winemaker says:
Levarìe: refers to the east-facing slopes of the Soave Classico area, which benefit from the light and the cool morning sun. The result is wines that are particularly soft and elegant.
Colour: Pale straw yellow with green reflections.
Nose: Typical pear and lemon peel aromas on the nose.
Palate: Refreshing and easy to drink with rich fruitiness on the mid-palate, where the pear flavours come through and are mixed with pineapple and apricot, too. Delicate finish leaving the palate delightfully clean.
Winery Information:
Masi production strategy aims to emphasize the personality of each single product, while maintaining a recognisable Venetian style. In 1958, Masi was in the forefront of the work to identify the historic "cru" vineyard sites for Amarone. In 1964, Campofiorin was the first in a new category of wines, reinventing the technique of double fermentation and continually updating it. Masi has also updated the style of Amarone, using new appassimento and vinification technologies.
Masi wines are modern, attractive, well-balanced and easily identifiable; characteristics which have earned Masi recognition for having "revolutionized the art of wine-making in the Venetian region". Hugh Johnson defines Masi as "a touchstone for Veronese wines". - Masi
